A DIFFERENT WAY TO BUILD
COMMISSION STRUCTURE
eXp’s published U.S. model generally includes an 80/20 commission split up to an applicable annual company-dollar cap, followed by a different capped commission structure, subject to transaction fees, program requirements, and individual or team agreements.
REVENUE SHARE
Eligible agents may participate in a revenue-sharing program connected to the qualifying production of sponsored agents. Earnings are performance-dependent and are not guaranteed.
EQUITY OPPORTUNITIES
eXp provides stock-related programs and incentives that may be available to qualifying agents, including the Agent Equity Program and ICON Award.
